5. Identification proof (you can provide any of the following)
• Driving License with current address
• Voter Card

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card.
For Proprietorship / Partnership Firm / Public or Private Limited Companies / Trust / HUF Accounts other required papers are insisted.
